

Maternity Leave
產假
A colleague employed under a continuous contract immediately before commencement of the maternity leave under the following conditions:
如在產假開始前,按連續性合約受僱的員工:
I. has worked for the Company less than 40 weeks, is entitled to maternity leave without pay
於本酒店受僱不足40星期,則可放取無薪產假
II. has worked for the Company not less than 40 weeks, is entitled to maternity leave with pay at
eighty percent (80%) of the average daily wages earned by her in the last 12-month period
於本酒店受僱滿40星期,則可放取有薪產假,產假薪酬的每日款額相等於員工在過去12個月內所賺取的每日平均工資的80%。
Maternity leave shall be a continuous period of 14 weeks from the date of commencement of the leave.
產假以自休假開始當日起連續14星期計算。
Colleague must reach an agreement with the Company on the commencement of her maternity leave from 2 to 4 weeks before the expected date of confinement.
員工必須與酒店協定在預產期前2至4星期開始放產假。
