Colleagues are eligible for the IHG Employee Room Benefit Program after completion of probation. Bookings must be done online after becoming IHG Rewards Club Member.
Booking can be done up to 180 days in advance.
通過試用期後，同事均合資格參加洲際酒店集團員工客房優惠計劃。當成為IHG優悅會會員，同事需於網站預訂房間，最多可提前180天預訂

Employee rate is only available for Max of 2 rooms, 7 Nights stay per room is limited / one hotel.
員工客房優惠每次最多可於1間酒店預訂最多2間房，每間房7晚
Employee rates are intended for the employee and their accompanying guests only.

Colleagues must present a valid staff ID at check-in

The Employee Rate benefit is non-transferable and cannot be sold

Colleagues will be held responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests

If the IHG Employee Benefit Program is misused or abused, IHG reserves the right to revoke this benefit, cancel upcoming reservations, and take appropriate disciplinary or legal action.
如果參與計畫的員工或其賓客濫用或以欺詐方式使用IHG員工客房優惠計畫，IHG有權撤銷該福利並取消參與計畫的員工及其賓客任何將來的預訂，並可採取任何其他適當的約束、補救或法律措施
